Ready position, ready stance

OPENING MOVEMENT

Left palm circles over head to the right side at the shoulder guarding while the right hand punches , fist eye up. Head follows left palm to the right.

FIRST LINE

Look left, left fist pulls to the waist, left foot steps left to a left Bow and Arrow with left straight punch, fist eye up. Remain looking left while pivoting to a horse and bending left arm in from the elbow with fist heart facing down. Pivot to left with left fist circling down and out to the left, fist eye facing up, as right fist drops from rear and rises up to front to shoulder level, fist heart facing down. Right fist circles clockwise in front to groin block position. Shift to low right low rooster with right toe kick. Right fist pulls to the waist, right foot steps forward to right Bow and Arrow with a right straight punch. Repeat again with reversing side and repeat the left side once more and close the line with opening movement.

SECOND LINE

Look left, left foot steps left to a horse with left fist pulling to the waist and right palm to left shoulder guard. Punch with the left fist, heart down. Pivot to a left Bow and Arrow with right punch, fist heart down. Turn the left toes out to a left rooster with left fist heart down punch and a right heel kick. Right foot steps forward to a horse while the left fist pulls back to the waist and the right fist punches, heart down.  Repeat the left side once more and close the line with the opening movement.

 THIRD LINE

Look left, left fist pulls to the waist, left foot steps left to left Bow and Arrow with left straight punch. Pivot to right Bow and Arrow as left fist lifts over head and circles down by left leg as right fist upper cuts. Hook step the right foot and turn around to a left Bow and Arrow with left fist circling over head and out to side and right hammer fist. Right fist circle blocks, turn the front toes out to a low right rooster and right toe kick. Right fist pulls to the waist, right foot steps forward to right Bow and Arrow with right punch, fist eye up. Repeat again reversing the sides and then repeat the left side once more and close the line with opening movement.

 FOURTH LINE

Look left, left foot steps left to transitional horse with right palm to left shoulder guard and left fist pulls to the waist. Right foot steps behind left foot to left low lotus as left fist punches back. Left fist opens to a palm and circles horizontal to the right side of the body while the right palm opens and comes under the arm pit.  Then shift back to a left rooster with right palm clear and strike forward and left palm pulls to the waist. 

Then the right foot steps behind to a right Bow and Arrow as left palm strikes forward and the palm pulls to the waist. The left palm parry's and the right palm, "threads the sleeve", (follows path of left arm, palm facing up as left palm pulls back to right shoulder). Left palm points up, right palm circles overhead hooking to the rear while sinking to right low tiger. Shift forward to a left Bow and Arrow with a left circle block. Turn the left toes out and come up to left low rooster while you right toe kick, then your right foot steps forward to horse, repeat again reversing the sides and then repeat the left side once more and close the line with opening movement. 

FIFTH LINE

Look left, left foot steps left to horse with right palm to left shoulder guard and left fist pulls to the waist, left side punch, fist heart down. Pivot to left Bow and Arrow with right punch, fist heart down, as left fist lifts up to a temple block. Then right fist circle blocks.  Turn the left toes out to left low rooster while doing a right heel kick.  Then the right fist pulls to the waist and the left fist drops down in front of the body to block, as you pull and punch to a right horse stance. Repeat again reversing the sides and then repeat the left side once more and close the line with opening movement. 

SIXTH LINE

Look left, left fist pulls to the waist, left foot stops left to left Bow and Arrow with left straight punch, fist heart down. Remain looking left while shifting to right tiger and beading left arm In from elbow with fist been facing down. Pivot to left Bow and Arrow with left fist circling down and out to the left, fist eye facing up, as right fist drops from rear and vises up to front to shoulder level, fist heart facing down. Right fist circles clockwise in front to groin block position and left fist circles up to temple block. Shift to low right rooster with right too kick Both fists chamber, right foot steps forward to right Bow and Arrow with right straight punch and left punch to rear. Close with opening movement.

SEVENTH LINE

Look left, left foot steps left to horse with right palm to left shoulder guard and left fist pulls to the waist, left side punch, fist heart down. Left fist circles 360 degrees on right side to chamber position, when left fist is over head, right fist chop blocks to left chamber over, left fist, pivoting to left SM. Both list hearts are up. Right Back fist shift up to low right rooster with right heel kick and left straight punch as right fist pulls to the waist.

EIGHTH LINE

Look left, left fist pulls to the waist, left foot steps left to left Bow and Arrow with left straight punch, fist eye up. Remains looking left while pivoting to horse and bending left arm in from elbow with fist heart facing down. Pivot to left Bow and Arrow with left fist circling down and out to the left, fist eye facing up, as right fist drops from rear and rises up to front to shoulder level, fist heart facing down. Right fist circles clockwise in front to groin block position. Shift to low right rooster with right toe Kick Right foot comes back next to left foot to ready position, hands at the sides. Left palm lifts out and up coming over head, shift to left rooster while right fist lifts to right upper guard as left fist comes down to left knee. Sink to very low left rooster, and then rise up in left rooster with left fist rising inside as right fist low blocks outside. Pivot torso to the left with left heel kick and left back fist as right fist pulls back to chamber. Left foot comes back next to right foot to ready position, hands at the sides. Right palm lifts out and up coming over head, shift to right rooster while left flat lifts to left upper guard as right fist comes down to right knee. Sink to very low right rooster, then rise up in right rooster with right fist rising inside as left fist low blocks outside. Pivot torso to the right with right heel kick and right Back fist as left fist pulls back to chamber. Right fist pulls to the waist. Right foot steps right to right Bow and Arrow with right straight punch as left fist punches to rear. Close with opening movement.

NINTH LINE

Look left, left foot stops left to horse with right palm to left shoulder guard and loft fist pulls to the waist. Left side punch. Pivot to left Bow and Arrow with right palm circling over head and slapping left fist. Both palms pull in, then lifting up to chest level, on lead foot side, then left palm strike to left side with right palm strike to front. Palms change to fists, right fist circle blocks as left fist circles to temple block. Shift to low right rooster with right heel kick. Both fists Chamber Right foot steps to horse with fight side punch. Close with opening movement.

TENTH LINE

Look left, left fist pulls to the waist, left foot steps left to left Bow and Arrow with left straight punch, fist eye up. Remains looking left while pivoting to horse and bending left arm in from elbow with fist heart facing down. Pivot to left Bow and Arrow with left fist circling down and out to the left, fist eye facing up, as right fist drops from rear and rises up to front to shoulder level, fist heart facing down. Right fist circles clockwise in front to groin block position. Shift to low right rooster with right too kick. Right foot steps forward to right Bow and Arrow with left palm lifting to front as right fist pulls to the waist, pivot to horse with left moving to left upper guard and right side punch. Right palm circles through chamber, pivot to right Bow and Arrow with left palm strike to the front as right fist pulls to the waist. Double jumping punch and kick Land in left rooster with both fist* pulls to the waist. Right foot steps forward to fight Bow and Arrow with right straight punch and left rear punch. Close line with opening movement.

ELEVENTH LINE

Look left, left fist pulls to the waist, left foot steps left to left Bow and Arrow with left straight punch, fist eye up. Left foot steps back by right foot, then behind to right Bow and Arrow while left palm circles down then up to right shoulder guard. Shift up to left rooster with left low kick as left palm extends out to left side, fingers pointing up. Left foot steps left to left lotus while left palm turns up and right fist moves to right ear. Right foot steps forward to left tiger with left palm fisting and pulling out to loft side as right but punches straight down. Pivot to right Bow and Arrow with left fist left to right strike as right flat pulls to the waist. Right arm break extends forward as left fist punches to rear. Close with opening movement.

TWELFTH LINE

Look left, left foot steps left to left Bow and Arrow with left back fist. Shift to right rooster with right toe kick. Right foot steps forward to left tiger with left flat pulling out to left side and right extended forearm strike. Pivot to right Bow and Arrow with right back fist. Close line with opening movement. Shift to ready position. End of form.

Notes each line should be done at least three times in a row before closing with opening movement. This is to practice both sides.
